01 / Context
Role & team
My work at Maystro covered two delivery-operations contexts: the SpeedEx dashboard through Maystro Services, followed by internal tools at Maystro Delivery. The applications supported operational teams through React interfaces and integrations.
On SpeedEx, I worked with backend, mobile, design and leadership colleagues within a seven-person Agile team. For Maystro's internal applications, I worked within a nine-person Agile team and incorporated operational stakeholder feedback.

Responsibilities & contributions
Dashboard implementation
Built React operational interfaces from Figma designs for SpeedEx, with Google Maps API functionality for logistics workflows.
Internal administration tools
Developed call-center and administration features with React and React Admin for Maystro's internal operational applications.
Maintenance & quality
Fixed bugs, refactored existing code and added Jest tests, working with operational feedback to improve dashboards and customer-tracking tools.
